Contract Admin - Pudsey - Up to £30,000 - Hybrid Working GH Engage are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Admin based in Pudsey on a static commercial site. This position would be ideal for a Contract Admin currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within the FM sector and Admin/Financial tasks. In return the company are offering a salary up to £30,000 with training + development on offer. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage WIP & Debt Raise and process invoices and credits Financial administration Producing management information - KPI's and monthly reports Supporting with quote preparation Supporting with SHEQ Obtain parts, materials and subcontractors Obtain quotes Organise holiday & overtime Liaising with the client and ensuring all works are running smoothly Package: Up to £30,000 2/3 days work from home Enhanced Maternity/Paternity leave 30 days holiday including BH's Employee discount schemes If this role is of interest to you, then please apply today
