Charity Shop Manager — Lead Volunteers & Fundraising

Concern Worldwide (Northern Ireland) is seeking a Shop Manager for our new shop on Castle Street in Derry. You will manage all aspects of the shop, recruit and lead volunteers, and ensure a steady flow of donations to maximise the income for Concern’s work.

Based in Derry City, you will be the face of the charity on the high street, driving customer service excellence, community engagement, and effective merchandising while supporting Concern’s life-saving programmes.
