Reference: DSQJ921958345_1787753691Associate or Senior Associate - Private Client - Gloucestershire - HybridAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Private Client team based in Cheltenham. This role offers the chance to work on, high-value matters for a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, investors, business owners and landed estates.The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative and supportive team recognised for its technical excellence and exceptional client service. Working alongside experienced partners and specialists in trusts, tax and private property, they will gain exposure to complex succession planning, estate administration, wealth structuring and trust matters, with opportunities to develop specialist expertise and build lasting client relationships.This position combines the quality of work often associated with larger city practices with the benefits of a close-knit and collegiate office environment.Key responsibilities include:Advising clients on succession, estate and tax planning matters.Managing a varied caseload of complex private client work.Drafting high-quality legal documentation with minimal supervision.Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.Contributing to business development, client events and relationship building.Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or CILEX professionals with strong private client experience, excellent technical knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
