About the role
Responsible Individual (RI) – Children’s Residential Care
Location: Cambridgeshire
Rate: £400 – £500 per day
Contract: Part-Time (Approx. 1–2 days per week)
Overview
We are working in partnership with a growing, values-led care provider seeking an experienced Responsible Individual (RI) to support the development and registration of their first children’s home in Cambridgeshire.
This organisation already delivers supported accommodation for young people aged 16+, and is now expanding into regulated children’s residential care. This is a key appointment, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the provider’s first Ofsted-registered home and supporting future growth.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RI with a strong track record of successfully registering and developing children’s homes.
You will initially support the organisation through the registration process and early-stage development, working closely with senior leadership. There is currently no Registered Manager in place, so you will also play an important role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of the right candidate.
