MULTI-TRADE OPERATIVE | CONTRACT | CHELTENHAM CIS Available | £22.50–£25.00/hr | 37.5 Hour Paid Week We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative for ongoing contract work across social housing stock in Cheltenham. This is a great opportunity for a trade professional looking for consistent, long-term work with a reliable weekly pay structure. The Role You will be carrying out a range of multi-trade tasks across occupied social housing properties in Cheltenham. Candidates with a plumbing or carpentry bias are particularly encouraged to apply, though wider trade experience will be a distinct advantage in this varied, fast-paced role. Key Responsibilities Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance across a portfolio of social housing properties Deliver high quality workmanship to occupied homes with minimal disruption to residents Diagnose and resolve plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of works completed and materials used Represent the client professionally when working in residents' homes Essential Requirements Proven multi-trade experience in a repairs and maintenance environment Plumbing and/or carpentry bias desirable Experience working on social housing stock advantageous Full UK driving licence Own tools The Details Location: Cheltenham Contract type: Ongoing Hours: 37.5 hours per week (fully paid) Rate: £22.50–£25.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Engagement: CIS available To Apply Please contact David on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
