Oracle Fusion Test Manager

Role/Job title: Oracle Fusion Test Manager Work Location: Crawley, UK Role type: Contractor Mode of working: Hybrid / 3-days office based Duration of assignment: 6 Months (likelihood of further extension) Our well-known long‑haul airline client, best known for its strong transatlantic network, bold branding, and premium‑focused customer experience is currently looking for an Oracle Fusion Test Manager with expertise in Testing practices and in Oracle Fusion or any relevant ERP program to support Oracle Fusion applications and delivery for their airline customers. Your responsibilities: * Develop and execute the overall test strategy for Oracle Fusion upgrades, integrations, and change requests (CR). * Plan, manage, and oversee all testing phases, including Functional, Regression, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test analysts, test leads, and other testing resources. * Define testing schedules, allocating resources, and monitor budgets to ensure timely delivery. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios. * Track and report testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics to senior management and project stakeholders. * Implement testing best practices, including automation where applicable, and continuously enhance testing processes. * Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, governance, and audit requirements. * Coordinate and conduct triage meetings for product defects and ensure timely resolution. Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: * Proven experience as a Test Manager in ERP or Cloud environments, preferably Oracle Fusion. * Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps. * Experience managing end-to-end testing lifecycles for large-scale implementations or upgrades. * Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: (As applicable) * Airline domain, Oracle Fusion * Knowledge of automation testing tools and best practices
