Experienced Fibreglass Laminator Please note: Previous fibreglass laminating experience is ESSENTIAL for this role. This is NOT a trainee position. Only candidates with fibreglass laminating experience will be contacted.  Littleborough / Rochdale Area £14.00 – £15.00 per hour Temp to Permanent Opportunity Immediate Start Available On behalf of our manufacturing client based in the Littleborough area, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Fibreglass Laminator / Production Operative to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working Hours Monday – Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:30pm Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Early finish every Friday Pay & Benefits £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Overtime available paid at time and a half Temp-to-perm position with long-term job security Opportunities for progression and increased earning potential The Role The successful candidate will be working within a busy manufacturing environment producing fibreglass components for the automotive industry. Duties will include: Preparing materials including gel and resin Applying gel coats to moulds Laminating layers of fibreglass Working from moulds and production specifications Maintaining quality and safety standards on the shop floor Essential Requirements Previous paid experience in fibreglass laminating is ESSENTIAL Experience gelling and preparing moulds in a manufacturing environment  Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production setting Good attention to detail and quality standards A trade test will form part of the recruitment process If you are an experienced laminator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with immediate starts available, we would like to hear from you.
