Permanent Solar Electrician – Maintenance & Commercial Projects We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our growing team on a permanent basis. The role involves working across a range of commercial solar PV installations, maintenance contracts, fault finding, and system upgrades. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician who enjoys varied work, problem-solving, and being part of the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities * Carry out maintenance and servicing of commercial solar PV systems * Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently * Perform testing, inspections, and commissioning works * Install and upgrade solar PV systems and associated electrical equipment * Complete site reports and certification accurately * Ensure all work complies with current electrical and health & safety regulations * Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams Requirements * Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Testing & Inspection qualification preferred * Solar PV experience desirable * Strong fault-finding abilities * Full UK driving licence * ECS/CSCS card preferred * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer * Permanent full-time position * Competitive salary based on experience * Company vehicle and tools * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing training and development * Career progression within a growing renewable energy company * Pension and holiday package Location Based in the UK with travel to commercial project sites as required.
