This role is all about making people feel welcome, keeping things running smoothly, and helping create a positive, professional environment.
Working in beautiful surroundings on the outside of Exeter close to good transport links, offering free parking and company benefits on site, you will be organised, client focused & can by dynamic and flexible to manage day to day operations.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting tenants and visitors with a friendly and professional approach
Managing service offices & coordinating any issues for the maintenance team
Managing post & distributing to several offices
building relationships with residents & organising office moves
Keeping communal areas, meeting rooms, and kitchens tidy
Coordinating room bookings and maintaining schedules
Carrying out weekly fire alarm tests for different facilities
Reporting any maintenance issues and supporting smooth building operations
🙌 What We’re Looking For:
A welcoming, approachable personality with a passion for great service
Must have a customer service background and worked in front-of-house roles
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
Good Administration and computer skills
reliable and a good communication, outgoing approach
A hands-on team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed
