Decoration & Tiling OperativeLocation: Bracknell Contract: Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £20–£22 per hour (Temporary) Hours: 40 hours per week We are seeking an experienced Decoration & Tiling Operative for a temp?to?perm opportunity, carrying out high?quality decoration and tiling works across residential properties. The Role Internal and external decoration and tiling works Treat mould and damp in line with guidance Minor repairs to walls, timber, doors, windows, guttering, soffits and fascias Deliver excellent customer service Work safely in line with health and safety requirements Record jobs and materials using a smartphone or tabletWhat We’re Looking For City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Tiling or Painting & Decorating, or time?served experience Experience in residential or housing maintenance Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines Strong customer service skills Full UK driving licenceWhat’s On Offer £20–£22 per hour (temporary) Temp to perm opportunity Company vehicle and tools (when permanent) Training and development opportunitiesPlease apply or contact Ben Thomas at Build Recruitment for further details.
