Environmental & Sustainability Engineer Brentwood | Salary £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits A global aerospace distribution business is seeking an Environmental & Sustainability Engineer to support ISO 14001 EMS, EcoVadis, and wider ESG initiatives, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement. Benefits Modern, well-equipped working environment with state-of-the-art facilities On-site gym, excellent rest areas, free fruit, cycle to work scheme and free on-site parking 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Flexible working (37.5 hours/week): Mon-Thu: 8am-5pm and Fri: 8am-12pm Enhanced pension contribution Supportive culture with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvementKey Responsibilities Maintain and improve ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) Support EcoVadis submissions and ESG performance improvement Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (ESOS, REACH, COSHH) Manage non-conformance, incidents, and CAPA Support internal/external audits and legal registers Track and report environmental KPIs (energy, waste, emissions) Act as contact for customer ESG/sustainability requests Work cross-functionally to reduce environmental impact across operations & supply chainKey Skills Environmental / Sustainability / ESG / EHS / HSE ISO 14001, EMS, EcoVadis Audits, compliance, CAPA, root cause analysis ESOS, REACH, COSHH Environmental data, KPIs, carbon/emissions reporting Strong stakeholder management & communication Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Candidates who will require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered Call Julia @ Prime Appointments or apply via the link attached
