SEN Teacher – Tonbridge Area | September Start Are you an ECT or experienced teacher looking for a rewarding new challenge within SEN education? We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive all through school in the Tonbridge area starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children with additional needs. Role Details * Position: SEN Teacher * Location: Tonbridge Area * Start Date: September * Full-time position * Paid to scale The Role * Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs * Supporting children with a range of SEN needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties * Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment * Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress * Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Qualified Teacher Status * Experience working with SEN children is highly desirable * ECTs and experienced teachers are both welcome to apply * Strong behaviour management and communication skills * A patient, resilient, and positive approach to teaching * A passion for supporting children with additional needs If you are looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
