Site Engineer-Housing

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a long-term residential housing project. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure and housing works on a major development. Key Responsibilities * Setting out for housing plots, roads, kerbs, and drainage works * Ensuring all works are completed accurately and in line with design specifications * Carrying out quality assurance checks and maintaining QA records * Supervising and coordinating subcontractors on site * Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times * Assisting with as-built surveys and site documentation Requirements * Previous experience working on residential housing developments * Strong setting out experience using GPS and total station equipment * Knowledge of roads, kerbing, drainage, and infrastructure works * Good understanding of QA procedures and site documentation * CSCS card essential * SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial * Full UK driving licence preferred What’s on Offer * Long-term project with ongoing work * Competitive rates / salary depending on experience * Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor * Supportive project team and career progression opportunities
