Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you will benefit from: * Four day working week * 22 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service * Company pension scheme with contributions up to 10% * Life insurance after two years of service * Twice-yearly company events * Cycle to work scheme and free parking As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include: * Supporting and optimising manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery targets * Managing New Product Introduction, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied * Creating and maintaining detailed work instructions and best practice documentation * Driving continuous improvement activities across quality, process and delivery performance * Monitoring KPIs and investigating variances against agreed manufacturing times * Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and health and safety standards As a Process Engineer, your experience will include: * Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment * A methodical and process-driven approach to problem solving * Confidence working with KPIs, quality standards and continuous improvement tools * The ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation * Strong communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders * ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with HNC in Electrical Engineering desirable If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and make a tangible impact as a Process Engineer, we’d love to hear from you.
