It represents a rare opportunity for a graduate surveyor to gain hands-on experience within a highly respected property team while building a strong foundation towards APC progression and chartership.

Working alongside an experienced team of chartered surveyors and property professionals, you will play a key role in delivering projects across a significant property portfolio.

The position will provide excellent project exposure, particularly within contract administration, refurbishment, adaptation, and heritage-led schemes aligned to APC competencies.

The Role As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will support the delivery of a broad range of professional and project-based surveying instructions, including: Assisting with refurbishment, adaptation, and improvement projects Supporting contract administration and project delivery Undertaking property inspections and surveys Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and heritage assets Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors Developing technical and professional competencies aligned with APC progression About You The ideal candidate will possess: A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline Ideally 12 months' relevant industry experience (placement year experience considered) A genuine interest in heritage and listed buildings projects through academic study, work experience, or voluntary involvement Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships A proactive and motivated approach to professional development Previous exposure to small-scale project delivery or contract administration would be advantageous Why Apply?
