The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and positive routines. You will create a safe and structured environment while promoting education, wellbeing, and personal development. Key Responsibilities * Support and safeguard young people within a therapeutic residential setting * Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a strong role model * Encourage participation in education, daily routines, and life skills development * Support young people with emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, and independence * Plan and engage young people in meaningful activities and routines * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and care standards * Provide practical guidance around finances, daily living, and personal development Requirements * Experience working with children and young people in residential care, youth work, education, or similar settings * Passionate, caring, and resilient with strong communication skills * NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care preferred (training provided if not qualified) * Full UK Driving Licence required * Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks required Benefits * Competitive salary with overtime opportunities * Funded Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification * Comprehensive induction and ongoing training * Supportive management, mentoring, and career progression * Company Pension scheme available, and we also make a contribution to your pension * We pay for you Enhanced DBS * Employee rewards and recognition schemes * Blue Light Card discounts across retail, travel, and leisure Why Join Us?
