Teaching Assistant Alternative Provision / Specialist Education Setting Full-Time | Term Time + Training Days £22,000 – £33,000 per annum DOE We are currently exclusively partnering with a organisation providing Alternative Provision into various settings across the Midlands. This is more than just a classroom support role, it’s an opportunity to positively impact the lives of young people who require additional support to thrive in education. We’re looking for resilient, proactive, and compassionate individuals who can build genuine relationships with learners while helping to create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment. This role is all about being able to break down barriers and be relatable to learners. As part of this role my client will work with support you though your HLTA Qualification. The Role Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders, you’ll support learners both inside and outside the classroom, helping them develop academically, emotionally, and socially.
