Engineer

Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Spire Healthcare who are offering an initial temporary contract with a view to be extended for the right candidate at a rate of per hour.

We are looking for a Engineer this role will be based at: St Anthony's Hospital, 801 London Road, Cheam, Sutton, Surrey, London, SM3 9DW, United Kingdom

The right candidate will:

Maintenance Engineer to support the safe, efficient and effective operation of the hospital's buildings, facilities and engineering services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, undertaking repairs, identifying faults and ensuring that all hospital facilities and equipment remain safe, operational and compliant with relevant health and safety requirements.

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the hospital buildings, facilities and associated engineering systems.

* Undertake reactive maintenance, fault-finding, repairs and general engineering duties.

* Respond to maintenance requests and prioritise urgent repairs to minimise disruption to hospital operations.

* Inspect, maintain and repair building services, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and associated systems.

* Monitor the condition of hospital facilities and identify maintenance issues, potential risks and areas requiring improvement.

We require the following;

* Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer or Senior Facilities Engineer.

* Strong practical maintenance and fault-finding skills.

* Good knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems.
