Lead Small Animal Vet Surgeon — 12-Month Leadership Role

Acres Vets is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract in Airdrie. This role blends clinical leadership with hands-on patient care, mentoring colleagues and shaping the practice's standards.

The position is a 35-hour week across four weekdays, with one later shift and occasional Saturday mornings. You’ll work with our nursing team and Practice Manager to drive clinical excellence during a period of growth as we move to a new purpose-built facility.
