We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy and growing business based in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys a varied role supporting administration, HR, sales, and workforce records.
Key Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business
Managing employee timesheets and recording hours worked
Assisting with attendance records, holiday requests, and workforce administration
Maintaining employee records and supporting HR administration
Supporting the sales team with quotations, orders, and customer communications
Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence
Updating company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Preparing reports, documents, and business records
General office administration and filing duties
Supporting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in a general administration or business support role
Experience managing timesheets, attendance records, or workforce administration
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
