About the role

To achieve this difficult and challenging task, you'll be managing 10 skilled setter operator specialists producing prototype and production components to world class engineering standards
Your background is managing people in a CNC workshop including performance improvement, reviews, appraisals, disciplinaries and driving through change - Some of the staff are long-standing CNC experts so experience in changing staff habits is vital

In return, you'll be responsible for one of the most advanced and respected precision CNC workshops in the UK, producing parts that save about 25 lives a year
