CNC Setter Operator (Sliding Head CNC) Location: B6 Pay: £16.00 £18.00 per hour (£34,944 £39,132 per annum) Hours: 42 hours per week Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 16:45 Friday: 07:30 15:00 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day The Role I Need Staff Today Limited are recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company for an experienced CNC Setter Operator specialising in Sliding Head CNC machines (primarily Citizen) .

Key Responsibilities Setting, operating, and programming sliding head CNC machines (Citizen preferred) Producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Performing routine quality checks using measuring equipment Ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime Maintaining a clean and safe working environment About the Client Our client is a long-established precision engineering manufacturer supplying high-quality machined components to a range of industries including automotive, aerospace, and general engineering.
