Client Details A public sector organisation based in Birmingham, focused on property management and community support. Description Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across the property portfolio. Ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Perform regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues. Respond promptly to on-site requests and emergencies. Assist with waste management, including recycling and disposal tasks. Support contractors and other service providers when required. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any major issues. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.Profile A successful Estates Care Taker should have: Experience in property maintenance or a similar hands-on role. A good understanding of health and safety practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and contractors.Job Offer Hourly pay between £12.00 and £14.00, dependent on the level of experience.
