RECfinancial are recruiting for a confidential Employability Administrator position based in South Wigston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting community‑focused initiatives, and providing high‑quality administrative and organisational support. This role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract until March 2027, with part‑time hours and regular travel across the Leicester area. The successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
