Executive Account Manager (Permanent)

We’re looking for a proactive Senior Account Executive to join a fast-paced youth and brand marketing agency delivering award-winning campaigns for global consumer brands.
You’ll support the planning and delivery of creative campaigns that connect brands with student and Gen Z audiences through live events, brand experiences, and digital activations .
This is a hands-on, career-building opportunity to work across exciting projects for household names, collaborating with an experienced team in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Support campaign delivery across experiential, social, and digital channels
Coordinate events, brand activations, and partnerships with universities and venues
Manage and motivate student brand ambassadors and promotional staff
Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and ensure projects run smoothly
Contribute creative ideas for campaign development and client pitches
Track budgets and assist with reconciliation alongside Account Managers
Support agency marketing efforts and content creation for social channels
1+ year’s agency experience (preferably experiential, event, or brand marketing)
~ Understanding of Gen Z and student culture , with a passion for creativity and youth trends
~ Experience managing brand ambassadors or promotional staff
~ Knowledge of social media and how it complements live and digital activations
~ Collaborative, solutions-focused, and eager to grow within a leading youth agency

Competitive salary £30,000–£35,000 DOE
