This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established in-house maintenance team responsible for maintaining over 35,000 homes across the region.
Youll be working in both occupied and void properties , delivering high-quality electrical work and ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, and well maintained.

As an Electrician, you will be: Carrying outelectrical installations and upgradeswithin domestic properties Completingelectrical servicing, inspection and testing Diagnosing faults and completingelectrical repairs and maintenance Ensuring all work is completed in line withcurrent IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) Maintaining electrical systems and appliances to ahigh safety and quality standard Id love to speak to anyone who has: NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systemsor equivalent (City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2) Inspection & Testing qualification(City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 / 2395) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations(City & Guilds 2382) Experience working withindomestic or social housing maintenanceas anElectrician Afull UK driving licence The role is offering the following benefits: Basic salary of £41,000 per year Performance bonus up to £5,000 per year Out of hours payments averaging £4,000 per year Company van and fuel xwzovoh card Power tools, uniform, PPE, mobile phone and iPad provided Healthcare benefits including Medicash Access to adiscount benefits portal for major retailers and brands Up to 8% pension contribution 25 days annual leave (rising to 30) plus option to purchase 5 extra days Location & travel This Electrician role covers the South Patch including Leicestershire, Coventry, Hinckley and Northampton , providing consistent local work across a large social housing portfolio with excellent motorway access across the Midlands.
