Job Overview: Full-time, Monday - Friday Cover Supervisor role. Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher. Maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies and procedures. Support students with their learning and encourage engagement throughout lessons. Take accurate registers and report any concerns to relevant staff members. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders. Provide feedback on student participation, behaviour and lesson outcomes. Contribute to the wider school community and support students' wellbeing.
