Executive Assistant
Start: 11th - 22nd June
Hourly rate: £22 per hour
Location: Cambridge (with parking)

Role Overview:
This key support position is essential to enable the smooth operation of the executive team. You will play a vital part in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring that meetings and team activities run seamlessly. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic projects and high-level decision-making processes. The successful candidate will bring intelligence, resourcefulness, and a keen eye for detail to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Organising and preparing agendas, documents, and presentation materials
Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and senior management
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties
Handling email correspondence efficiently and with excellent written English
Assisting with handovers and maintaining organisation of team activities
Supporting a flexible and adaptive working environment, with a focus on efficiency and responsivenessMust-Have Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
Strong organisational abilities with excellent time management skills
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written in English
Experience using email and cloud-based systems, preferably Gmail and Google Workspace
Ability to think creatively and outside the box when managing schedules and meetings
Confident and proactive in managing busy and varied workloadsNice-to-Have Skills:
Prior experience supporting senior leadership in a tech or software company
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with managing diaries for multiple stakeholders
Possession of own laptop to enhance flexibility and efficiencyPreferred Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience supporting senior executives or C-suite team members
