About the role

Who we are: The Northern Ireland Health Collective provides thought leadership and improves collaboration with government bodies like the Department of Health, ensuring efficient communication, and advocating for better healthcare outcomes in Northern Ireland. The Collective acts as an independent, collective voice for VCSE health, social care and community wellbeing organisations. The Collective is an integral part of CO3 Chief Officers Third Sector, benefitting from existing structures, operating procedures, networks and access.

What we do: The Collective acts as a coordinated network supporting the VCSE sector in Northern Ireland through advocacy, education and practical support. It promotes collaboration, shares information and influences health policy discussions. Structured as a "network of networks", it is guided by an advisory panel to ensure broad representation and avoid duplication.

What we're looking for: The Northern Ireland Health Collective Project Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations of the Collective ensuring smooth execution of activities, engagement with members and stakeholders, and maintenance of effective communication channels. This role involves some-one comfortable with coordinating with the wider CO3 Team, managing logistics, and supporting the Head of the Northern Ireland Health Collective. 20-25 hours per week negotiable.
