The Role

The firm is seeking a lateral partner with demonstrable expertise in FRAND/SEP licensing and/or litigation, particularly within technology‑driven industries such as telecommunications, electronics, software, and emerging digital ecosystems.

You will play a central role in shaping and expanding the firm’s offering in this strategically critical area, advising on cutting‑edge disputes and negotiations that sit at the intersection of law, innovation, and global commerce.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record as a partner (or senior counsel ready for partnership) within a leading IP or disputes practice
• Deep expertise in Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and FRAND licensing frameworks
• Strong experience in complex, multi‑jurisdictional litigation and/or high‑stakes licensing negotiations
• Established client relationships and a credible portable following (preferred but not essential)
• Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to contribute to firm leadership and growth
