I am delighted to be recruiting for a fabulous new role with a highly successful fashion supplier who are looking for an innovative and fashion-forward Denim Designer to join their growing womenswear team.

This is an exciting opportunity to design trend-led denim collections for well-known UK high street retailers and supermarkets You'll play a key role within the design team, bringing fresh ideas, strong trend awareness,
Key Responsibilities:
Create and develop innovative, trend-led womenswear denim designs
Demonstrate a strong, trend-driven design handwriting across all collections
Present confidently to buyers, showcasing mood boards, concepts, and market research
Stay ahead of trends through ongoing market and competitor analysis
Develop detailed CADs and technical packs for product development
Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are aligned with customer needs
Liaise with overseas factories throughout the development process
Person Specification:
Proven experience as a Womenswear Denim Designer- strong emphasis on bottoms
Strong trend awareness with the ability to translate into commercial designs
A clear, confident design xwzovoh handwriting that is fashion-forward and relevant to the UK high street
Confident presenter, comfortable in buyer-facing meetings
Some supplier experience highly desirable
Passionate about denim, with strong knowledge of fabrics, washes, and fits
Highly organised and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
