Sales Manager - Franchise

On behalf of our client, a specialist business brokerage and M&A consultancy, we are seeking a proactive Franchise and Advisor Sales Manager. This pivotal role focuses on the strategic recruitment and growth of the organisation’s network across the UK, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact for all recruitment activity regarding new franchisees and advisors. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment pipeline and contributing to the firm's long-term expansion plans.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial qualification calls to onboarding.
Planning and hosting Discovery Webinars to educate prospective partners.
Developing targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates in priority sectors and regions.
Representing the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
Collaborating with the Managing Director on growth initiatives and the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
The Candidate
Our client is looking for a well-rounded professional with a practical understanding of small business operations.
Requirements and attributes:
At least 3 years of experience in business ownership or outside transactional sales.
Experience in franchise sales is considered an advantage, though not essential.
High competency in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines in a goal-oriented environment.
A professional demeanour with the ability to manage external client relationships with absolute discretion.
