I'm supporting a well established Law firm in Wimborne who is currently recruiting for an experience Legal Secretary to join their Corporate and Commercial team. This is a busy and fast paced role, within a friendly and supportive team, offering excellent benefits and competitive salary.

Day to day duties will include -
Typing a range of correspondence and documentation containing legal terminology.
Dealing with client enquiries face to face and by telephone.
Diary management, co-ordinating and setting up meetings.
Transcription of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Dealing with email enquiries.
Liaising with a range of internal and external contacts.
Updating and managing client case files, opening and closing records accordingly.
Administration and secretarial duties including preparation of various legal forms and templates.
Filing, photocopying, scanning, and invoicing.
Person Specification
Previous legal secretarial/administration experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and also manage a busy personal workload.
Strong IT and administrative skills.
Polite telephone manner.
Calm under pressure with good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Capable of prioritising in order to work to deadlines. xwzovoh
An excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook, etc.
