Production Operative

Production Operatives needed for IMMEDIATE starts in the Crawley area for a highly reputable manufacturing company. Benefits of working as a Production Operative: * Monday to Thursday (2:00pm-12:00am - Midnight) * Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off! * £12.90 per hour (increasing to £13.97 after 12 weeks) (plus separate Holiday pay) * Immediate starts available! * Temporary to fixed term contract till April 2027 (Maternity cover) * Growth and progression opportunities. What we are looking for: * Excellent hand to eye coordination * High attention to detail * Good written and spoken communication skills * Previous production experience is preferable but not essential as full training is given.
