Regional Communications Manager, Scotland - Home-Based
About the role
RNLI is seeking a Regional Communications Manager (Scotland) for a part-time, job-share role. Home-based in central or northern Scotland with regular travel across the region. Salary £35,853 - £42,181 pro rata plus benefits.
You will recruit and support volunteers across 20–25 RNLI lifeboat stations, plan PR campaigns, and help tell impactful lifesaving stories. Flexibility is required for out-of-hours duties and weekend work; travel and independent prioritisation are essential in this regional
