About the role
Cantor Fitzgerald seeking a hands‑on Treasury Banking Network Manager to report to Krishna Vasu. Based in London or Poland, you will be the primary contact for maintaining and developing custody, clearing and cash‑bank relationships across EMEA and APAC, ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency while supporting Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Front‑Office initiatives. Proven experience in network management within treasury, custody or cash‑management functions. Strong existing network of industry contacts across EMEA and APAC. Current knowledge of market practices, regulatory developments and operational risk expectations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage all organisational levels. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities, including data visualisation and presentation. Hands‑on experience with treasury systems such as Kyriba and familiarity with Claude. Demonstrated project‑management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver with a creative, challenge‑oriented mindset. Confident, articulate and engaging personality capable of frank yet fair discussions. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and influence change across multiple functions. Establish and maintain bank and custodial relationships, handling escalations, face‑to‑face meetings and agent‑survey responses. Develop and manage reporting on bank/custodian fees to assess competitiveness and service metrics. Own the end‑to‑end bank account opening, closing and ongoing maintenance processes. Lead the request‑for‑proposal (RFP) process for new business initiatives or operational improvements. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key providers and escalate deficiencies affecting Treasury. Implement board‑approved signature lists and corporate documentation with agent banks. Oversee due‑diligence and annual KYC submissions for agents and counterparties. Participate in network‑management projects, including credit marketing, analytical analysis and acquisition integration. Coordinate network‑related actions across Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Front‑Office teams. Distribute market notifications and alerts on CSD, settlement and payment issues to stakeholders.Full timePosting Date:
