Office Cleaning Operative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable new team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys the satisfaction of providing a high-quality cleaning service.

Working hours
The cleaning can be completed during one of the following time slots, to be agreed in advance:
Early morning: 5:00 am–7:00 am
Early morning: 5:30 am–7:30 am
Evening: 5:30 pm–7:30 pm
Evening: 6:00 pm-8:00 pm

No weekend work is required.

Cleaning desks, chairs and office surfaces
Emptying rubbish and recycling bins
Cleaning and sanitising kitchens and staff facilities
Loading and emptying the dishwasher
Cleaning toilets and replenishing consumables
Cleaning meeting rooms, corridors and communal areas
Vacuuming and mopping floors
High- and low-level dusting
Cleaning entrance doors, glass and touchpoints
Reporting maintenance issues, damage or low stock
Following colour-coding, COSHH, health and safety and lone-working procedures
Other general cleaning duties

At least one year of cleaning experience.
Office-cleaning experience is preferred, although applicants with housekeeping experience will also be considered and training will be provided
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Good attention to detail
Able to understand cleaning and safety instructions
Two professional references from previous employers, supervisors or business clients; references from family members or friends cannot be accepted
Must live near the site or have reliable personal transport due to the working hours
Must have the right to work in the UK
Able to communicate effectively in English
