Exams Manager Permanent | Northamptonshire | £40,000 - £45,000 per annum | 37 hours per week Think FE are working with a well-regarded college in Northamptonshire to recruit an experienced Exams Manager on a permanent basis. You will lead the effective management and delivery of the college’s examinations service, ensuring all processes are compliant, secure and well organised. This is a key role for someone who can manage awarding body requirements, coordinate internal teams and maintain high standards across student achievements and exam operations. Key responsibilities include: Managing all communications with awarding organisations Maintaining accurate records of student achievements Overseeing arrangements for examinations and assessments Managing the exams budget in conjunction with senior colleagues Ensuring compliance, confidentiality and security across all exam processes Supporting staff and students with clear guidance and excellent communication About you You will need: Minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent Experience of working in an examinations environment Experience working with awarding organisations Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage deadlines and work accurately under pressure Next steps Once you've applied, one of our friendly further education consultants will give you a call to discuss this opportunity.
