MTrec are proudly representing our prestigious manufacturing client, based in Newcastle, who are looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using wiring diagrams and schematics.

Troubleshoot PLC systems, specifically Siemens platforms.

Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks (PPM).

Install and commission new machinery and equipment.

Identify, overhaul, and repair faults within mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems. xwzovoh

About You; Minimum of a time served apprenticeship in maintenance engineering to NVQ Level 3 (Electrical bias preferable) PLC fault finding experience (desirable) A HNC or above in a relevant discipline (desirable) Computer literate Microsoft Office.

Possession of an IPAF licence, MEWP (desirable) FLT licence (desirable) Able to work both independently and as part of a small team
