Facilities Operations Officer

Full-time, on-site role in London | £50,000+ depending on experience | No visa sponsorship available Virtue Vets is a premium veterinary group building a new standard of pet care across London. We combine clinical excellence with a design-forward, hospitality-led experience for pets and pet parents. We are looking for exceptional people who want to help shape what modern veterinary care looks like. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running and growth of our multi-site veterinary group. You will work closely with clinic teams, Lead Vets, Head Nurses, Front of House teams, and the Operations Director to improve client experience, operational performance, and consistency across the business. Oversee housekeeping standards across all clinics. Improve client journeys and ensure brand standards are met at every touchpoint. Ensure clinics consistently follow operational SOPs, health and safety requirements, compliance processes, and brand standards. Experience managing high-end spas, gyms, aesthetic or beauty clinics, healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, or premium retail businesses, ideally within a fast-growing company. Proven experience with rotas, staffing, suppliers, facilities, inventory, basic finance controls, and compliance. Commercially aware and confident using data to identify issues and opportunities.
