Are you passionate about supporting apprentices to thrive and achieve their full potential? Peterborough College is looking for an Apprenticeship Coach to join our Apprenticeship Academy.

The Apprenticeship Coach will be a part time (22.5 hours per week) permanent role, working all year round.
About the role As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will work closely with curriculum teams, Student Services, ALS, and Careers staff to support apprentices personal development, attendance, and overall wellbeing.
You will deliver personal development sessions, provide pastoral and learning support, track attendance and retention, and implement interventions to help apprentices succeed.
Youll also support the onboarding process, liaise with employers, and ensure that learners have access to the resources they need to thrive.
What youll be doing You will deliver engaging personal development sessions that reflect the OFSTED Education Inspection Framework, helping apprentices develop positive attitudes and behaviours.
You will provide pastoral support for your caseload, assist learners in accessing internal services, and monitor attendance and engagement to ensure high retention.
Working collaboratively with curriculum teams and external agencies, you will implement targeted interventions for vulnerable learners, including those with EHCPs, LLD, Looked After Children, or young carers.
You will also contribute to recruitment, induction, and student engagement activities, supporting apprentices on their journey to success.
