About the role
We are a friendly and well-established high street law firm based in South Manchester, seeking a dedicated and organised Legal Secretary to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will primarily assist with post-completion matters, while also supporting with client care and reception duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work within a supportive, family-oriented environment where staff are genuinely valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting fee earners with post-completion conveyancing matters
* Handling client enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Managing reception duties and welcoming clients
* General administrative and secretarial support
* Maintaining organised files and records
About You:
* Previous legal secretarial or administrative experience preferred
* Experience within conveyancing/post-completion work would be advantageous
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional, personable and client-focused
* Ability to work well within a team environment
