Business Immigration Senior Associate | Birmingham

Outstanding opportunity for a senior UK Immigration lawyer to join this top-tier law firm in Birmingham.

This is a market-facing role with autonomy, high-value work and significant client exposure. Working in a successful partner-led team, you'll advise a sophisticated mix of clients including multinational businesses, financial institutions, technology and life sciences companies and high-net-worth individuals.

You'll take the lead on complex corporate and private client immigration matters, including:

• Sponsor Licence strategy, compliance and Home Office investigations
• Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and other sponsored routes
• Right to Work and immigration compliance
• Immigration issues arising from M&A, restructures and global mobility
• ILR, citizenship, family and complex private client matters

Beyond the technical work, there is a clear opportunity to build trusted client relationships, develop new business and contribute to the market profile of the practice and to mentor junior lawyers.
