In this role, youll be working at a critical site in Waltham Cross, delivering maintenance across critical mechanical systems.

If you have a strong background in mechanical building services and have previously worked in data centres or similar critical environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Youll play a key role in maintaining plant, supporting small projects, and ensuring all works are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.

Working within a critical environment, ensuring reliability and uptime of plant equipment.

Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site compliance.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements Right to work in the UK Proven experience within a critical environment (ideally data centres).

Strong mechanical background within building services IOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification preferred Whats on Offer £52,000 Per annum basic salary Monday to Friday (8:00am 5:00pm) Overtime available 25 Days annual leave Bank holidays Company pension scheme On-site parking If you live in and around the Waltham Cross or the North London area this could be the role for you.
