Corporate Receptionist London Liverpool Street £15.00 per hour Temporary | Immediate Start Office-Based | 8:00am - 5:00pm Financial Services An international investment firm is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join its busy Front of House team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and is available to start immediately The role First point of contact for all visitors and guests to the office Providing 5* client experience Organsing refreshments on arrival and setting up meetings rooms Answering and transferring calls Meeting room management Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments and catering (when required) Collate, sort and distribute post Responsible for kitchen supplies, drinks, coffee beans and milk Register external guests on the Visitor Management System Providing support with filing, copying and scanning when requiredThe ideal candidate: Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Front of House Coordinator or Host is advantageous Experience within the financial services or wider corporate sector is desirable, but not essential Enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional corporate environment and thrives under pressure Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, can-do attitude Well-presented, organised with the ability to provide exceptional front-of-house experience Available to start immediatelyIf you are an immediately available receptionist looking for your next temp role, please send your CV forward ASAP.
