Locum Planning Lawyer

Planning Lawyer – In House – 6 Month Contract Key Responsibilities: · Providing expert legal advice on planning and development matters within a corporate or commercial context · Drafting and reviewing planning agreements, permits, and related documentation · Advising on compliance with planning laws, regulations, and policies · Collaborating with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes · Managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality legal standards Requirements: · Qualified solicitor or barrister with proven experience in planning law · Strong knowledge of planning legislation, policy, and procedures in the private sector · Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Availability for immediate start on a locum basis If this sounds of interest to you — or someone in your network please contact Miles Grandidge
