Corporate Commercial Solicitor - Yorkshire

A well-established and growing legal firm in Yorkshire is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its busy and dynamic team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

• Advising businesses on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and restructures
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts
• Supporting clients on business sales, purchases, and investment matters
• Advising on corporate governance and compliance issues
• Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions, supply agreements, and service contracts
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships across a range of sectors
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the department

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills
