This is a challenging but rewarding role, with the opportunity to grow with the business.Key EssentialsReporting to the Contract Manager, responsible for monitoring high volume PIA FTTH projects on existing / new network build involving civils, underground fibre (cabling / splicing) and overhead pole worksOverseeing the management of Supervisors, staff and subcontractorsEnsuring all works are completed within Health, Safety, Quality and Streetwork guidelinesManaging KPI’s and the productivity of staffEnsuring that schemes are delivered within tight timeframes and budgetsHolding regular review meetings with subcontractors; ensuring that they are completing allocated work accordinglyKey contact in liaising with the client whilst conducting regular progress meetingsRequirementsProject Management experience of high volume PIA / Openreach FTTH projectsTelecoms network build experienceCivils experienceMethodical operational experience with good man-management skillsFirst Aid –CSCS CardClean driving licenceSalary & Benefits:Competitive Salary28 days’ holiday a yearCompany VechileFuel cardDevelopment and training opportunitiesExcellent Career progressionContributory pension scheme
