Your new role
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production of specialist healthcare products whilst ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting manufacturing and production activities within a regulated environment
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Completing manufacturing documentation and batch records accurately
Performing routine quality checks and inspections
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance
Working collaboratively to achieve production targets and business objectives
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operationWhat you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have experience gained within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, food, chemical, medical device or other regulated environment where quality, accuracy and adherence to procedures are critical.
We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate:
Experience working within a manufacturing, production, laboratory, operational or cleanroom environment
The ability to follow procedures, work instructions and SOPs accurately
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
Experience completing documentation and maintaining accurate records
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
The ability to prioritise workloads and perform consistently in a fast-paced environment
A strong commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvementWe are also keen to hear from individuals with a scientific background who have gained practical laboratory, manufacturing or production experience through placements, internships, apprenticeships, work experience or employment and are looking to build a long-term career within the life sciences sector.
