The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a range of freehold and leasehold matters. The role offers strong support from experienced teams and efficient systems, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of legal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handling freehold matters, with some leasehold transactions.
• Providing clear, high-quality client communication throughout the process.
• Working closely with support teams to ensure smooth progression of files.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Confident managing files from instruction to completion.
• Strong organisational and client care skills.
• Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals, or experienced fee earners.
• Proactive, detail-focused, and client-oriented.
